I would like to take this time to write to you in appreciation for the wonderful service I have recieved from you and offer this letter as a testimonial.

I recently had a quote from another jeweller to enlarge a baby bangle, this quote took 6 days. I phones Glen for a quote to do the same and he returned my call with a quote in approx 6 minutes! Not only was this extremely quick but this quote was half the price of the previous.

I then sent this bangle to Glen along with a ring to be re-sized. Glen recieved it (after offering to send me a courier bag), completed the work on them and returned it to me all in the same day.

I too own my own business and understand the importance of customer service which we see less and less of everyday. Going the extra mile as Glen did will secure me as a customer for life. Not only that, but i will also refer any of my friends, family or contacts to Glen James.

I keep meaning to email you to say THANKS!

I look at my rings every day and still get a buzz knowing Dene and I chose the diamond and had input into the style of the rings. It was also awesome to be able to remake Nana’s ring into 2 rings one for me and one for mum, now we both have a bit of her engagement ring.

Dene ADORES his carbon fibre ring and gets NUMEROUS comments from his cycling buddies about how cool it is. We have a joke about how he has his bike on his hand now and is never far away from a real bike!
